Basic Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

  • 300g of chicken mince

  • 1/2 TSP Salt

  • 1/2 TBSP Onion powder

  • 1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 TBSP Chili Flakes

  • 1/2 TBSP Smoked paprika

  • Tomato + onion (Optional)

  • Bun + Cheese (Optional)

  • 10 g Siracha

  • 30g of Thomy Extra light Mayo

Method :

  1. Preheat the oven at 220°C

  2. Mix the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes and smoked paprika in a bowl

  3. Put the chicken mince in the bowl and mix throughly.

  4. Make two big burgers (or four small burgers).

  5. Put in the oven for 15 minutes (20 if not melting cheese)

  6. Place the cheese on top after 15 minutes and cook for another 5 minutes.

  7. Toast buns and then mix the sriracha with the mayo in a bowl.

  8. Put the mayo over two buns.

  9. Add garnish of choice to buns; we used tomato and onion.

  10. Place the burger on the bun and serve hot!
